6.7L CUMMINS® TURBO DIESEL I6 ENGINE
The new 2025 Ram Chassis Cab offers great diesel torque and diesel towing capability, as well as an impressive payload when equipped with the available 6.7L Cummins® Turbo Diesel I6 engine. Put the power in powertrain with the new TorqueFlite® HD eight-speed automatic transmission, which has enhanced durability, minimal noise, low vibration and intuitive software control for seamless shifting.
6.4L HEMI® V8 ENGINE
The 6.4L HEMI® V8 engine is the standard engine for the new 2025 Ram Chassis Cab and has been retooled to meet the latest emission requirements. Using variable-cam timing and Fuel Saver Technology, it provides full-rated V8 power when needed and outstanding efficiency when operating in four-cylinder mode.
The TorqueFlite® 8 eight-speed automatic transmission offers reliability and efficiency and features eight speeds and on-the-fly shift mapping to accommodate changing loads and road conditions.
NEW ELECTRONIC COLUMN SHIFTER
A new electronic column shifter is now featured on all gas and diesel configurations. It’s the preferred shifting method for commercial professionals everywhere.
