Mechanical Readiness:

  • Industry standard Cab to Axle lengths of 60 inches, 84 inches, 108 inches or 120 inches
  • Predrilled frames in the front for mounting snowplows
  • Predrilled mounting holes in the rear for upfit installations

 

Electrical Readiness:

  • Six programmable auxiliary switches (with PTO functionality) come standard
  • Rear circuits for ease of upfit, including easy application for Trailer Tow Cameras, Rear Park Assist features and more
  • Bulkhead pass-through wiring is preinstalled
  • For more complex upfits, there’s an over 70 circuit vehicle system interface module (VSIM) that can communicate between aftermarket and factory control modules

LIVE-DRIVE POWER TAKE OFF (PTO)

Access the Power Take Off (PTO) no matter your upfit. 2026 Ram Chassis Cabs feature enhanced PTO capability with the TorqueFlite® HD eight-speed automatic transmission.

 

  • PTO comes standard with the available 6.7L Cummins® Turbo Diesel I6 engine and is available with the 6.4L HEMI® V8 engine
  • Live-Drive PTO gives you PTO capability in any gear regardless of vehicle speed
  • The TorqueFlite® HD eight-speed automatic transmission provides PTO access from the left side, right side or both sides with 4x4 or 4x2 configurations
  • Choose between two speeds with Split-Shaft Mode with the available 6.7L Cummins® Turbo Diesel I6 Engine
