Haley’s homecoming to Kaulig Racing comes after competing in the NASCAR Cup Series for the last two seasons, where he earned one top 5 and five top 10 finishes. Prior to that, Haley made starts for Kaulig Racing in the NASCAR Cup Series in four consecutive seasons (2020 - 2023) where he earned four top 5 and 10 top 10 finishes. Haley earned his first NASCAR Cup Series win in 2019 at Daytona International Speedway.

In Kaulig Racing’s first full-time season in the NASCAR Cup Series (2022), Haley started on the front row for his heat race, after clocking the third fastest time in qualifying, leading every lap to win the heat race and advance to the main event. The following year, Haley earned the pole award for the Busch Light Clash in the team’s No. 31 entry with a lap time of 13.413 seconds at the Los Angeles Coliseum, giving him a front row starting spot in the first heat race. Later that season, Haley led 23 laps on his way to a runner up finish in the inaugural Chicago Street Course race.

In addition to his success with the team in the NASCAR Cup Series, Haley was instrumental in the success of Kaulig Racing’s NASCAR Xfinity Series program. After joining the team in 2019, Haley ran full-time in the series for three seasons, earning four wins, five runner-up finishes, 23 top 5 and 65 top 10 finishes. While competing part time for Kaulig Racing, Haley earned an additional top five and four top-10 finishes.
